The Protocol
When do I take each phase? Phase 01 (Pre-Defense) is two capsules, taken 30–60 minutes before your first drink. Phase 02 (Recovery Matrix) is two capsules, taken before bed on the same night, with a glass of water.
Do I take anything in the morning? No. The whole protocol is pre-loaded the night before. Nothing is taken after you wake up.
How long does a carton last? One carton is 15 servings — enough for 15 nights out. For someone who goes out twice a week, that's about two months.
Can I buy just one bottle? No. The protocol requires both phases to work as designed. The carton is the product.
What if I only drink one drink? The protocol is calibrated for a night out, not a single drink. If one glass of wine with dinner is your evening, you probably don't need Morning Proof. It's built for the nights that ask more of you.
Formulation
What's in it? Morning Proof is a proprietary blend. Full ingredient identities are listed on the Supplement Facts panel on the back of each bottle per FDA rules. The blend supports liver function, metabolism, hydration, and restful sleep.
Is it vegan / gluten-free / non-GMO? Yes to all three. Capsules are plant-based.
Where is it made? In a GMP-certified facility in the United States.
Safety
Is it safe to take with alcohol? Morning Proof is a dietary supplement, not a medication, and is formulated to be taken with alcohol consumption. As with any supplement, consult a physician if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Is it safe with medication? Consult your physician before taking any supplement alongside prescription medication.
Does it show up on a drug test? No. Morning Proof contains no controlled substances and no ingredients known to produce false positives on standard drug screens.
Will it prevent a hangover? Morning Proof is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is a dietary supplement designed to support your body's natural processes before and after alcohol consumption.

When does Morning Proof ship? We're in preorder. Cards are charged at checkout. Cartons ship the week production clears QC — targeted Q3 2026. You'll get tracking as soon as your carton leaves the facility.

Where do you ship? United States only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap.
